Adam Moore

Adam has spent nearly 25 years in the electrical trade, building a reputation for quality work and honest service. As a Master Electrician, he’s done almost everything — from complex custom lighting layouts and full service upgrades to new construction wiring, existing home rewiring, remodels and EV charging solutions. His experience also includes small commercial projects, such as warehouse lighting, tenant finishes and lighting retrofits.

Adam launched his own electrical company, then expanded into general contracting with down-to-the-stud renovations and ground-up custom home builds. That hands-on construction experience gives him a big-picture understanding of how every stage of a build fits together — and just how critical proper electrical work is to safety, efficiency, and long-term value.

Now, Adam has come full circle and returned to where it all began: focusing on electrical work. With decades of experience, a builder’s mindset, and a genuine commitment to his customers and craft, Adam brings a unique perspective to every project — one that helps homeowners and contractors get it done on time and within budget.

Missy Moore

Missy has spent more than 20 years in real estate, building a hands-on career that blends business, design, and construction. She’s worked across property management, real estate financials, and asset management for senior living, multifamily, and industrial projects, while also rolling up her sleeves on residential renovations, design, and building systems. Over the past decade, she’s bought and sold millions in real estate and knows what it takes to turn a property into something special.

Beyond her personal investment experience, Missy has also led large-scale development projects and managed real estate funds, giving her a deep understanding of how deals move from concept to completion. She loves helping people find land to build on, revive older homes, and create spaces that truly work for them. She’s known for her no-fluff, problem-solving approach and her ability to break down complicated projects into clear, actionable steps. Missy brings both business sense and heart to every project she touches — and she genuinely loves seeing people bring their vision to life.
